Church Revitalization Workshop
The Church Revitalization Workshop is 8 hours (2, 4 hour sessions or 4, 2 hour sessions). During this workshop, I will share insights from more than 25 years of ministry experience and leadership conversations with hundreds of pastors. I will also provide all the handouts, bring the necessary media equipment, and produce the strategic analysis and strategic plans. Lastly, I will share ideas for engagement and evangelism that includes best practices for using digital media, gleaned from more than 20 years of website development experience.
